“Dear Consumer 2020” campaign evaluated 8 Thai supermarkets on the dimensions of “environmental responsibility” and “consumer welfare”. The goal of this year's assessment, in addition to helping consumers access to safe food, is to help promote environmental sustainability.
This assessment was divided into three dimensions: consumer welfare responsibility, Environmental for business partners, and retail environment which each dimension has 8 sub-indicators.
