Siam Makro PLC led by Khun Siriporn Dechsingha Chief Corporate Communication Officer together with Khun Amaraluck Lamul Associate Director - Operations, Khun Wattarapoo Kanjana Area Manager 10 and Khun Pornphan Sinpoh Senior Manager -Purchasing (Fresh Food Group) joined forces with the Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives to purchase 200 tonnes of shrimp distribute across all Makro stores nationwide in an effort to help farmers affected by the new wave of COVID-19 infections, as well assure consumers that cooked shrimp is safe for consumption. The promotions kicked off with a celebration at Makro Nakhon-In store, which was attended by Khun Jurin Laksanawisit Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Commerce, Khun Chalermchai Sreeon Agriculture and Cooperatives Minister, Khun Boonyarit Kalayanamit Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Commerce, Khun Wattanasak Sur-iam Department of Internal Trade director-general and Khun Mesak Pakdeekong Department of Fisheries director-general.
