Siam Makro PLC receives Thai Quantity Mark from Central Bureau of Weights and Measures, Department of Internal Trade for Own Brand products, emphasizing its international standard in displaying the correct product net quantity continuously. The company sets the target up to 500 items by 2021.
Khun Jutharat Patthatorn, Makro’s Director-Quality Assurance said that Makro has committed to maintain product standards by selling quality products at a wholesale price to serve over 3.3 million membered customers.
Makro was the first private company to receive Thailand Quantity Marks from the Central Bureau of Weights and Measures with total of 106 Makro’s Own brand items in 2016.
