Makro HoReCa's Partner, led by Khun Siriporn Dechsingha, Chief Marketing Officer of Siam Makro Public Company Limited, opened the 3rd workshop to further develop HoReCa professionals (HOtels, REstaurants and CAtering) and those who want to open up a restaurant in the future. The workshop discussed on the topic "Kitchen and cost management for professional chef and 4 creative menus from 4 nationalities for further business expansion" by Chef Willment Leong, Chairman of World Chefs Without Borders and the founder of Thailand Culinary Academy together with Chef Namfon, Sucharat Piyachokpaisan from Top Chef Thailand, to showcase cooking demonstrations at Makro Culinary Center, Tara Pattanakarn Building, Makro head office.
